As a result of the success of this program, OMF was selected and approved to participate as a vetted partner in Department of Labor/VETS Employment Navigator Pilot Program in May 2022, with a launch date of AUG 1st. The selection process was based on prior history successfully serving transitioning service members with identifying next steps and helping them get employment. For the past five years, OMF has worked in this channel and shifted its primary focus to helping service members and their families identify their true mission, purpose, and identity after service, leading to a 92% success rate in employment and satisfaction.
